End your trial: choose your plan and billing interval

During the trial, your workspace has the Pro plan. Before the trial ends, you choose the plan and billing interval that apply afterwards. Nothing is invoiced before the end of the trial.

Follow your trial

In Paramètres (settings), Abonnement (subscription) tab, the Forfait actuel (current plan) block shows the Essai (trial) status, the Fin de l'essai (end of trial) date and the plan that applies afterwards.

The owner and the administrators receive a notification one week before, then the day before the end of the trial.

Choose your plan and billing interval

1. Open Paramètres, Abonnement tab.
2. In the Après votre essai (after your trial) block, choose the Périodicité (billing interval): Mensuelle (monthly) or Annuelle (yearly).
3. Choose a plan. Each card shows its price excluding tax for the chosen interval and its limits (vehicles, users).
4. Click Enregistrer mon choix (save my choice).

You can change your choice as often as you like until the end of the trial. Staying on the Pro plan is also a valid choice.

The suggested plan

In the Après votre essai block, a panel suggests a plan based on your real use of Autoria over the last 90 days (since sign-up if more recent): the smallest plan that covers both your current usage of the limits (vehicles, customers, reservations of the month, users) and the features you use. The card of that plan carries the Suggéré (suggested) tag.

• The panel shows what you would lack with the plan just below: every limit your usage exceeds (your usage and the included limit) and every feature you use that this plan does not include.
• If an add-on must complete the suggested plan to cover everything, it is listed.
• A feature whose use cannot be measured counts as used: the suggestion never makes you lose a feature without telling you.
• The Sélectionner (select) button followed by the plan name selects the suggested plan. You still need to click Enregistrer mon choix (save my choice).

Only the Propriétaire (owner) can save the choice. Administrators see the offered plans without being able to change them.

Without a saved choice, the plan chosen at sign-up applies, billed Mensuelle (monthly).

At the end of the trial

• Your workspace moves to the chosen plan;
• the first Autoria invoice is issued: it covers the period starting at the end of the trial, one month or one year depending on the chosen interval;
• it is emailed to the owner and listed in the Factures Autoria (Autoria invoices) block, where it can be paid with Payer en ligne (pay online).

If your usage exceeds the limits of the chosen plan

During the trial, you may have exceeded the limits of a smaller plan (for example more vehicles than Essentiel includes). The Après votre essai block flags it on the plans concerned (Votre usage dépasse ce forfait, your usage exceeds this plan) and lists, for the selected plan, every limit exceeded.
